How do I contact the Chi flat iron company?

I bought a Chi Flat iron on ebay. My old one pooped out. When I got it it was much lighter in weight. It did not have the adaptor (you know the thing that has reset and test on it) on the plug. It doesn't flatten my hair as well. I want to call chi and find out weather they have changed the way they make it before I accuse the seller of selling me a fake.How do I contact the Chi flat iron company?
