Where can I get a refund for my CHI flat iron?

I bought a CHI flat iron in some beauty supply store at the beginning of the year. It won't turn in for some reason, and I want to return it. I can't find an official online site for the CHI straightener. Help anyone?Where can I get a refund for my CHI flat iron?

That happened to me too. If you tried returning it to the beauty supply where you bought it and they didn麓t take it back, call Farouk Inc. (the Chi manufacturers) If you have had the Chi for less than a year they will give you a brand new Chi once you return your old one.





If it is older than a year you麓re not covered by the 1 year warranty but you can still call, I think you have to pay for them to repair the appliance ($35.00) and for shipping and handling.
