if the jc penney one is true thats cheap for 90. ULTA sells chi but they're way too expensive even with their sales. i got mine on a trip to TX for only 80 bucks. goodluck finding your chi.
jcpenny's are about $90 but they always have coupons and sales! :) i love my chi
