I have a chi flat iron that is broken for no reason and i want to send it back to get a new one?

I didnt drop it or do anything to it does anyone know how to come in contact with the company so that i can send it back?I have a chi flat iron that is broken for no reason and i want to send it back to get a new one?
Here is their consumer website warranty. It seems you will need to contact the store from where it was purchased, unless it was purchased directly from Chi.





Most reputable retailers will gladly let you do an even exchange since they can return the defective item directly back to the company (Chi). I have a chi flat iron that is broken for no reason and i want to send it back to get a new one?
Do NOT get CHI. my family went thru 5 CHI in 3 yrs. Chi breaks within a few months and you have to pay $35 plus shipping to get it fixed. Their warranty is worthless!
