Chi Flat irons are not sold at Big Lots, however; you can find them on Ebay for a great price. That is where I got mine. They are perfect! Ebay has all sizes also.

no, and they basically cost the same regardless of where you get them.
i don't think they are. I don't even think there are any cheap ones, maybe you could try ebay or some other auction site
